Hands-on cooking classes with Lydia:

Saturdays, October 18 and 25, 2008 (two sections; each class one day only)
Tagine Cuisine: The Art and Craft of Moroccan Cooking
10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Location: Ninecooks, Glocester, Rhode Island
Offered by Rhode Island School of Design
Small group, hands-on cooking plus a visit to the studio of a local potter to watch a tagine being made. Check RISD web site for registration information (http://www.risd.edu/conted.cfm); registration opens July 28.


Private cooking classes
, for groups of 6-8, available October through May. Modeled after Ninecooks' popular cooking groups, classes feature hands-on cooking in the casual setting of the Ninecooks log house kitchen in scenic northwest Rhode Island. Your choice of six exciting menus.
